Pink Eye Home Remedies and Treatment Tips

Conjunctivitis, commonly known as pinkeye, is an inflammation of the conjunctiva, the membrane transparent layer covering the white of the eye and the inner surface of the eyelids. Conjunctivitis can be caused by infections (such as bacteria and viruses), allergies, or substances that irritate the eyes. Conjunctivitis can be caused by many bacteria and viruses responsible for colds and other infections, - including ear infections, infections sinuses and sore throat - and the same type of bacteria that cause sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), chlamydia and gonorrhea. Conjunctivitis can also be caused by allergies. These cases tend to occur more frequently in children who also have other allergic conditions such as hay fever. Some triggers of allergic conjunctivitis include grass, pollen, pet dander and dust mites.

The contagious viral conjunctivitis or pink eye is usually caused by viruses that spread to other various diseases such as colds, sore throat, respiratory infections and others. Bacterial conjunctivitis is caused by certain types of bacteria who have made their way to the hearing. The most common bacteria are staphylococci and streptococci. 1.You can make herbal eye drops using 1 tsp dried eyebright herb steeped in 1 liter of boiling water. Cool and strain this liquid and use it as eyewash.

2.Avoid swim in chlorinated water.

3.You can be done by Use hot compresses of chamomile, lavender or rose oil for conjunctivitis.

4.Soak aloe vera juice on a cloth placed over the eyes to calm them. Aloe Juice vera can be used as eyewash by following similar procedure.

5.To reduce inflammation and itchiness you can keep cold bread over your eyes.

6.Make tea elderflower and use it as eyewash, to soothe the eyes.

7.Use artificial tears to moisten your eyes, to flush out the foreign body.

8.You can put honey directly in your eyes or make honey eyewash by using three tablespoons of honey in two cups of boiling water.

9.Pink (pink eye) fill a glass jar with distilled water and 7.8 in addition jasmine flowers. Cover with a lid and leave overnight. Next morning pour a few drops of water in their eyes jasmine flower. Keep repeating until your eyes are soaked. Do this at least three times a day to tell the difference.

10. Do not touch your eyes when you are in the garden or kitchen.

11. You must protect your eyes from air pollution and dust.

12. You should wear sunglasses before going out.

13. Take a cup of water. 2.3 Dissolve alum granules in it. Use as an eyewash.

14.Slit long aloe leaf and place the pulpy side on the sore eye.
