Southeast Asian Martial Arts - Bando Thaing Liu Seong Kuntao, Sindo

Bando Thaing

Also known simply as "bandits," this martial art is inspired by the bull, eagle, cobra, panther and monkey, with the characteristics of each animal is reflected in their overall shapes or movements. Main aspects of training include a strict discipline, self-development, and self-defense. According to legend, Indian monks brought from his martial arts for South Asia; Thaing side originated among the disciples of the martial arts in the Buddhist temples.
