How to DIY ethics of punk rock influenced Indie Record Labels

In the mid 70's, punk music in the UK emerged as a phenomenon social and cultural development. Reflecting the desperation of the uncompromisingly modern, young audience with a common revolutionary mentality, punk music articulated views political opposition and controversy as a response to the excessive idealization of Flower-Power of the 70s rock. Moreover, punk rock music was the medium by the huge social attack on the British monarchy and nationalism. Being very annoyed by the British system and highly politicized, UK punk band influenced all a generation with his effort contagious outbreak of violence and the impassive face of marketing and political correctness.

In opposing the production values of pop music, punk rock quickly became something that anyone could do. People do not have to be pretty, clean and modern, to make the punk music. Soon, the hardcore punk music produced in the U.S. punk scene and East Coast West. U.S. punk groups were less controversial than their peers in the UK, but did not satisfy the need for a substantial audience in the States for unusually tough, is not absorbed easily and totally anti-mainstream music. The underground punk movement of the 70s in the United States produced scenes that either evolved from punk or applied DIY ethics to a completely different music, which house the legacy of punk and alternative rock indie scene.

Indie music is the abbreviation of "independent music" which is used to describe independence from record labels trade and DIY approach to recording and editing. Opposed the definition of commercial record companies, who have their own distribution channels, independent record labels are not dependent on funding in the licensing agreements and international distribution agreements.

The punk rock era produced a turning point for independent labels and ethics DIY considering the emergence of a plethora of independent labels. Indie music evolved in the garages of the U.S. and the United Kingdom, where young men were trying to decide what you really could do with their guitars and electronic equipment. Singing with a voice angry and focused on the DIY ethic grind that punk music offered by these groups of auto-transplanted Indie said shares of proto punk bands in a new kind of music. Separated from their cultural mores through their looks and music, Indie groups greatly influenced popular movements in the 70s.
