Are these the 2008 or the 2009 model?

I was looking around for a pair of etnies, and I found these http://etnies.com/footwear/mens/digit/whiteblackprint/, The White/Black/Print model. then I saw the same pair on ebay, but it said that these didnt come out untill spring. Did they mean this coming spring in 2009 or last spring during the beginning of 2008? Here is the ebay link where I found them.
