Where and how the complaint of Cebu Pacific Air at the Phillies? We bought the ticket in Hong Kong.?
On 16 August 2007, when they lost and found my husband's luggage going t Manila from Hong Kong.We planned this trip after giving birth of our first and long awaited baby. will also celebrate his 1st birthday in Manila with our Filipino friends and was christened in Catholic. BUt Cebu Pacific lost my husband bggage. After 3 days, when we return of Hong Kong (residence), he found his luggage in the hold without any adhesive. The damage and inconvenience caused us can not be calculated. No one outside 10 tel us and 10 people with RA edealing, even we can say, what we do. . the Shma that brought us can not count. My complaint right now, we bought some clothes from spare, but I will not pay, coz I only have the credit card has no receipt because receipts.I Fr Cebu Pacific nobody told me what they do not even entertain us. Hk office said, we must reclaim MNail office, bcos the mistake was done for them.
