Naturally Heal Tooth Decay - Part 1

Terrified of the dentist? Cure tooth decay naturally with butter oil and cod liver oil, oral care, remineralization and proper nutrition, including a long-life alkaline diet be as vital training for dental health. This article presents alternative dental research. Much of what we have been taught about dental caries in schools and colleges or is incorrect or incomplete. Research interests by Ramiel Nagel and Dr. Weston Price explains why the wrong food is the real cause of dental caries.

Back in 7th grade, I had a friend that was very religious.

He was raised a Christian scientist and I just was very interested in it too.

So one day I asked: "Can the Christian Science cure cavities, too?"

Smiling with a mouth full from ear to ear with amalgam fillings and braces to help to straighten things out, he replied, laughing:

"Well, that's my little secret!"

When God can not cure your dental caries and only the dentist with a drill and a potentially lethal combination of mercury, silver, tin, copper and zinc may, there is something seriously wrong somewhere. Some people seem not be bothered much have to depend so much conventional dentist's "torture", while treatment have the potential for mercury poisoning for life. Even worse is the fact that the dental work longer to be replaced with larger fillings, often including the ducts and eventually dentures. And that Natural treatments are rarely dramatically without side effects or health consequences and further complications. This expensive "torture" never ends, because even those who visit a dentist regularly, brush and floss after every meal and avoid sweets often continue to lose as many teeth as someone who never worries with dentists in the first place.

I never forgot the first times I had to get cavities drilled and filled! Nausea and again in dental X-ray film stuffed deep inside my mouth, while exposure to X-rays dangerous that terrible fear and anticipation of the next financial year "and fill" appointment, that freaky "smoke" smell of tooth enamel in the exercise gets hotter and hotter, while trying not to gag on it! That Hideous unforgettable sensation of the nerves of being invaded by that year hell! Eeeeeeeech!! This form of torture is indeed no solution, just another problem always fearing the next time you have to get filled teeth. If only they could simply fill them, the feeling was that I found absolutely drilling awful. This was enough to give me the creeps to scream! I think I'd rather let their teeth rot that never go through that horror again! I was 13 when I had my last fill and decided then and there never going to get another, no matter what!

Is there no alternative to "drill, fill and project of law "? Undoubtedly, nature can not be so stupid as to simply allow the teeth to rot and eventually fall cost millions of hapless individuals billions of dollars in dental bills! Obviously, it can only be something that humans are doing wrong and not nature.

Yes, definitely there is something wrong with what humans are doing to nature! And, without doubt, the modern U.S. diet (MAD) that is so terrible, so contrary to what the body really need for a healthy existence. Along with the vulnerabilities in all other body parts, teeth and gums also ultimately lose the battle. Although the nature has provided many answers to this problem, unfortunately, mankind has managed to destroy every one of them with modern comfort food, overcrowding, and the shortcuts in food production resulted in the removal or loss of some of the most important factors used to prevent tooth decay throughout prehistory.

Diets primitive Stone Age were rich in an "X Factor" and many alkaline minerals

I think there was once a "Garden of Eden, where mankind actually lived in perfect harmony with nature. human bodies seem to have evolved largely a diet alkaline, high fiber, mainly fruits, vegetables, tubers, and nuts as almonds and sesame seeds like. Before agriculture plants and weeds forests provide the most nutrition and the soils are extremely rich in minerals, especially minerals, alkali such as lime, magnesium, potassium, minerals, volcanic ash, and salts. For proteins, the first human beings who have lived outside of raw fish, eggs and goat milk. After of agriculture was developed, world population grew at unprecedented levels, and the same soil tends to be planted again and again and surrounding ranges tend to be Overgrazing by domestic animals that cause a gradual loss of minerals and a slow malnutrition or "aging" in humans never experienced before it began to be increasingly fragile, frail and wrinkled as they grew older. As the vital minerals became scarce, and vaster amounts of acid forming foods such as cooked meat, wheat and rice added to the diet, cavities also began to appear.

In the early domestic grazing animals freely on rich green pastures full of weeds and grasses vital, so that created a perfect milk was fresh, whole, raw and, naturally, free of harmful bacteria. Unfortunately, as agriculture was commercialized and more competitive, the man tried to cut corners, and on behalf efficiency of cows were locked in tiny cells and fed different grains that are acid, antibiotics and even worse animal! Due to the new diet and stresses applied to animals, milk was not as alkaline forming, often was contaminated with salmonella and / or other pathogens, and therefore had to be pasteurized which destroys many vital enzymes naturally present in raw milk. Now also lacked a certain "factor X" or "Activator X", gamma linolenic acid, and many other vital substances. At this point of dental caries has become a normal and expected growth as one grew older and gum problems, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis and many other degenerative diseases also became common.

Fortunately, in the 1930's and 40's a researcher discovered what had happened to our diet by studying the diets of ancient cultures still around at that time and helped to revive some of the old ways of farming to return what is lost in modern milk and butter production. I recently discovered a website where you can order "butter oil" which is an oil derived spin butter from cows fed only raw fresh, spring grass. It is very high in various nutrition vital resources as an "Activator X" actually is known to stop the formation of caries dental and not all available in the modern diet, but it was quite common in primitive diets. This information is based on the research of Dr. Weston A. Price during the 1930s and 40s.

I recently ordered two bottles and I'm with pasture-grazed butter with raw vegetables, raw eggs free range, Chlorella, rice, beans, etc. It tastes very good. They say it's essential to have a particular brand of cod liver oil fresh Norwegian and not just any fish oil. However, may be possible for vegetarians to combine butter oil with a vegetarian formula of vitamin D, essential fatty acids and vitamin A spiralina, chlorella and / or a supplement of vitamins, minerals, phospholipids, lecithin, and essential fatty acids from fresh, raw linseed oil that I have tried with great success. Also could try 100% pasture grazed raw butter sometimes available during the spring and summer of "Organic Pastures.

If you have caries, Active X (also known as "X Factor", and works best with cod liver oil from Norway) act synergistically with vitamins A and D and essential fatty acids in cod liver oil to create a permanent barrier directly into the enamel tooth decay could be passed to have, but we must be careful to protect the decay of any further deterioration with brushing after every meal using mainly alkaline dentifrices described below. Note that you can not guarantee that you no longer have dental caries, but this is what I learned!

Those who do not like the idea of using fish oil (if I can help, I prefer not to use products that require the destruction of the animals to get them) you can always try to use oil butter only vegetarian sources of A, D, phospholipids (found in lecithin), and essential fatty acids (found in fresh, pressed cold flax seed oil), which can be as effective as cod liver oil for some people. One could try to consume more than the usual amount vitamin D, or up to 4000 IU per day, which is the same quantity obtained from a couple of hours of sunshine. Of course, there is a well-established relationship between lack of vitamin D and dental caries, particularly in growing children. I have learned many facts discovered recently in connection with vitamin D and how essential it is really vitamin D to health and wellness.

Since butter oil is expensive, much less concentrated much less expensive source of this substance can be substantial in 100% pasture grazed raw butter from Organic Pastures. Organic Valley also produce a form of "sweet grass," however, is pasteurized, but it seems to work as well as ever and plenty of vitamin D and / or cod liver oil is taken with him.

I am now 52, is 2009, I have not seen a dentist since 1975, he had filled since 1970, and still have all the teeth including my wisdom teeth and my gums are all perfect health.
