I need advice on body building and martial arts.?
There's a man I'm going to have to fight in two years. He's 21. He is a worker construction and a giant. More than 6 feet and over 200 lbs. Lift weights 2 hours a day. He bikes, rows and run. His combat skills are the the street. Not using a real style. The reason they want to fight this man who has been raped is my best friend, who has moved abroad for more than six months. Sexual abuse is still ongoing. My friend has no evidence of any kind. She is traumatized, and it obeys your every wish. The courts will do nothing beautiful to help. I'm 19. I'm only 5 feet 9 inches and weighs only 154 lbs. I have to be stronger than him in 2 years. I build my body and I have an art teacher martial highlighting nothing but the brute force and tactical advantage. This is where I really need your advice.
