What government agency units unmarked white vans with tinted windows and blue + red + siren lites?
Today I was driving in the heavy city traffic when I heard the sirens as standing with all other cars on both sides of the road. However, I was surprised when instead of police cars, fire trucks or ambulances saw 3 medium white unmarked trucks speed with red and blue lights and sirens on. Who were they? The vehicles were clean, no markings at all. Also had dark tinted windscreen. Almost seemed armored vehicles or rice wagons. "I am very curious that these trucks were driving strange and why they were so fast.
You talk about city traffic, assuming you are in town a little big, they may have vehicles assigned to a specialty unit - like a SWAT team / EST. When you see three cars in a row as it appears that unknown may have been likely.
