Well here I am just sooo aa 13 years old 6 feet tall .. To live life normally until that weight loss wannted .... Here was my schedule Ate: 2 whole-grain breads with egg 3 apples (not all at once) 7 cups water and about 10 cookies. jerk chicken and white rice Exercise: Jog 20min. I did like 60 sit-ups for the 40-day push ups and a part of Turbo Jam. And skateboarding out of 5 hours was 195 pounds now 190 pounds
Perhaps reading the wrong scale. I remember this one time when I was in my scale, and he said he was 136 pounds, then when I moved my feet to another position in which he said that I was 134 pounds.
