How I can move a dock that is now on the earth?
A cable broke on my dock and the pier is now completely on the ground. Due a severe drought, I have not tried to fix it in many years. My thoughts were to turn off the runway, use a heavy duty jack, roller assembly newt in the four corners, and place boards under the rolls of all the leaders way to the water, and then press (with 6-8 friends) and a four-wheeled pull I have. Any ideas? I talked to a mover spring and estimated it would cost $ 2k for him to recover in the water so I would like to avoid that.
wheel mounting and use of plywood panels or to refinance should work as long as the sides of the pier are strong enough to support the weight. if the bottom of the spring is soft spring could also shoot a series of poles. (If the bottom of the spring is soft, then use tables in the bottom and then turn around pin). along with pushing and pulling the lever spring long arms and can also be used to pry the spring forward.
