Wrist sprain opinion?
2 weeks ago, I was snowboarding and fell on my wrist without protection and began to swell immediately. I was very far from the hotel, so I took the snowboard for the rest of the day. I didn't take my glove off, and it was painful even to move. When I returned, I went in the bathroom because I thought it might help, but didn't. Then I put ice on it for 15 minutes. Then he left for a while, and I suggested to apply heat tracks at lunch. Now, two weeks later, the junction between the hand and arm is still quite swollen and my forearm is beaten. Its still painful to move, I could not apply pressure to in any way. Trying to help see if it really is just a sprain. But it sounds good. Seeing a doctor can be a good idea. But simply take it easy first.
